Super Moist® Double Layer Red Velvet Cake

Ingredients: Betty Crocker™ Red Velvet Cake Mix Vegetable Oil (up to the Ingredient Box Fill Line) Water (up to the Ingredient Box Fill Line) 2 eggs Betty Crocker® Whipped Cream Cheese Frosting Instructions: Using the Betty Crocker ™ Cake Maker’s Easy Ingredient Box, fill cake mix to line, water to “chocolate mix” line, oil to line and add 2 eggs. Dump your ingredients into the Cake Baking bowl, and stir. Once it’s reached a creamy consistency, put in the microwave for 5:30. (May take 5 min depending on your microwave wattage and strength). Meanwhile, repeat step 1 with your Easy Ingredient Box (using the leftover Cake Mix). Remove the Cake Baking bowl from microwave, flip cake onto plate. Let completely cool. Rinse out Cake Baking bowl, dump the ingredients from Easy Ingredient Box for 2nd Microwave 5:30. Remove, flip onto another plate and let completely cool. Once cakes are cooled frost top of the 1st cake, stack 2nd layer on top and frost all sides!   Now, ENJOY!

Ingredients: Betty Crocker™ Yellow Cake Mix Vegetable Oil (up to the Ingredient Box Fill Line) Water (up to the Ingredient Box Fill Line) 2 eggs Betty Crocker® Whipped Chocolate Frosting Instructions: Using the Betty Crocker ™ Cake Maker’s Easy Ingredient Box, fill cake mix to line, water to “other mixes” line, oil to line and add 2 eggs. Dump your ingredients into the Cake Baking bowl, and stir. Once it’s reached a creamy consistency, put in the microwave for 5:30. (May take 5 min depending on your microwave wattage and strength). Meanwhile, repeat step 1 with your Easy Ingredient Box (using the leftover Cake Mix). Remove the Cake Baking bowl from microwave, flip cake onto plate. Let completely cool. Rinse out Cake Baking bowl, dump the ingredients from Easy Ingredient Box for 2nd Microwave 5:30. Remove, flip onto another plate and let completely cool. General Ingredients 2-3 servings: Serving of instant rice for your Minute Rice Cooker ½ lbs. of peeled and deveined shrimp ½ of a green and red bell pepper ¼ onion finely chopped Instructions: Prepare your Rice by pouring instant rice to bottom fill line and then adding water to the top fill line. Microwave for 2 minutes. Stir well, then microwave for 1 more minute. Set aside. Marinate shrimp for 15 min by adding lime juice, pepper, oregano, garlic and cumin in a plastic bag and tossing until all spices are evenly distributed. Heat oil and cook vegetables: bell peppers and onion in skillet. Add marinated shrimp and cook for another 5 minutes. Serve over your rice!

General Ingredients 4 Servings: Serving of instant rice for your Minute Rice Cooker 2 lbs. boneless, chicken breasts ½ cup vegetable oil (for frying) Orange Sauce Marinade: ¼ cup soy sauce ¾ cup fresh squeezed orange juice 1 ½ cups of cornstarch 2/3 cup brown sugar 2 tbsp. hoisin sauce 1/4 tsp. white pepper Instructions: Prepare Marinade by mixing all orange sauce ingredients. Add small cubes of chicken and let sit for about 30 minutes. Heat oil in a deep skillet. Then, with slotted spoon remove chicken from bowl and add it onto skillet frying it over medium heat for 7-10 minutes until golden. Meanwhile, prepare your Rice by pouring instant rice to bottom fill line and then adding water to the top fill line. Microwave for 2 minutes. Stir well, then microwave for 1 more minute. Set aside. Add the orange sauce to chicken and cook for another 3 minutes on high heat until it reaches boiling point or until sauce thickens. Serve over your rice!

General Ingredients 3-4 Servings: Serving of instant rice for your Minute Rice Cooker 1 lb. finely cut flank steak or sirloin 1lb of broccoli florets Sauce Ingredients: ¼ cup chicken broth ¼ cup soy sauce & a separate 1/3 cup for beef marinade 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1 tsp garlic powder Instructions: Marinate the beef by adding all the beef slices into a bowl with low-sodium soy sauce. Add white pepper and let this stand for 20 minutes. Cook broccoli in a small pot with boiling water until tender-crisp, about 2 minutes. Prepare sauce by adding all the necessary ingredients and whisking it together. Prepare your Rice by pouring instant rice to bottom fill line of the Minute Rice Cooker and then adding water to the top fill line. Microwave for 2 minutes. Stir well, then microwave for 1 more minute. Set aside. Cook the beef in a large fry pan or wok over high heat, evenly spread across. Cook each side undisturbed for about 1-2 minutes. Pour in the sauce and stir until sauce boils and thickens. After, stir in the broccoli. Serve over your rice!

Ingredients: 1 pack ramen noodles (any flavor) ½ avocado, sliced ¼ cup kale, finely chopped 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp olive oil 1/8 cup extra firm tofu, cut in cubes Instructions: Place ramen noodles inside Rapid Ramen Cooker, add water to fill line, and cook in microwave for 4 minutes. Heat olive oil in skillet or wok. Add tofu and cook until light brown, add soy sauce and kale. Cook until kale turns bright green. Remove from heat. Mix ramen, tofu, and kale. Top with fresh avocado.
