Ingredients:
- 1 pack ramen noodles (any flavor)
- ½ avocado, sliced
- ¼ cup kale, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/8 cup extra firm tofu, cut in cubes
Instructions:
- Place ramen noodles inside Rapid Ramen Cooker, add water to fill line, and cook in microwave for 4 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in skillet or wok. Add tofu and cook until light brown, add soy sauce and kale. Cook until kale turns bright green. Remove from heat.
- Mix ramen, tofu, and kale. Top with fresh avocado.
