Ingredients:

  • 1 pack ramen noodles (any flavor)
  • ½ avocado, sliced
  • ¼ cup kale, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/8 cup extra firm tofu, cut in cubes

Instructions:

  1. Place ramen noodles inside Rapid Ramen Cooker, add water to fill line, and cook in microwave for 4 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in skillet or wok. Add tofu and cook until light brown, add soy sauce and kale. Cook until kale turns bright green. Remove from heat.
  3. Mix ramen, tofu, and kale. Top with fresh avocado.
